I am creating e-books for a few clients who want to have a working form included at the end of the book.
Depending on the client, the forms will be used for different things. For example: For one client I'm creating an e-book "preview" of her full-length book. She wants an order form placed at the end of the PDF file where people can use Paypal to order her book.

I know absolutely nothing about the necessary scripts to make these types of forms work, and am in need of someone on a freelance basis that I can call upon for these projects. If interested, please e-mail me with an approximate hourly or project rate, as well as some references.
