i have a ps file (not sure if it was generated on mac or pc, my guess is pc since it used the adobe driver) and i tried to create a pdf file from it and got a Distillsave error: %%[ Warning: Futura not found, using Font Substitution. Font cannot be embedded.]%%

now i take this same ps file and run it through distiller on the pc (with the same job options as set on the mac) and now it works with now errors. not sure why.

my guess is that the ps file was created on the pc w/out embedding the font into the ps file and when it's distilled from the pc it can grab it, while when it's distilled on the mac it cannot find the font. does anyone think i am on the right track?
