I'm converting our paper handbook (written in MS Word)to PDF so that it can be posted on our intranet via Acrobat 4.

I've set up the Word file so that the TOC is created automatically from the headings. When I convert to PDF, the links are rectangles, which I'm not sure the endusers will recognize as links.

Is there a better / faster / easier workaround than making the rectangles invisible and manually inserting underlines?
