I'm trying to create a PDF from Pagemaker. I'm
using Virtual printer and the Acrobat Distiler PPD. I
create it in the normal way, but clicking the
separations box instead of composite. The PDF is
created fine and looks as it should on screen.
However when you print it, various images appear
on both separated pages (it's a 2 colour job using
black and pantone 32). So - is there a known
problem with pre-separating a file for PDF. As I
say, it looks on screen exactly as it should, black
and greyscale images on one page, red on the
next. go to print and the images appear on the red
plate that is printed out.
Any ideas anyone - thanks
