hello,
I need your help if possible for a very basic question. I use a lot of MS Office documents (specially
Word 2000) that I need to convert to .pdf. I am using Acrobat Distiller 4.0 with the postscript generic driver. Here is my problem : When my word document
includes colored images JPEG, GIF or BMP the pdf output file gives black and white images. The colored word text is correctly converted to .pdf but not the images. I tried to turn off the downsampling
options but it does not correct this problem. I also tried the Apple NTX printer driver not better ! Do you have any idea about what should be done in order to be able to correctly convert Word2000 (.doc) documents
containing colored images JPG/GIF/BMP to a colored .pdf file containing these colored images ? Thanks a lot for your support
