Never use Tms Rmn; that's a key. Tms Rmn is a screen (bitmap) font, not a TrueType or PostScript font (on most systems at least) As such, it can't get into a PDF. So it will be substituted for something, probably something you don't want.
Use Times New Roman. This is a TrueType font and should be handled normally.
