I tried this over and over again to no avail. Maybe someone can confirm or tell me the reason why this is happening...

I had a 2-page Quark doc, 1st page was 4-color (CMYK), 2nd page b&w. Using Distiller 4.05 from Quark I chose under Print Colors: Composit RGB and when it Distilled and opened Acrobat, only page 1 was made into the .pdf. Page 2 wasn't there. I did this again making sure Quark was set to include both pages and still nothing...I kept trying and still missing page 2.

Then I tried the same file but changed it to Composite CMYK and sure enough, it worked fine and I got my 2 pages in the PDF.

Is there a reason for the RGB PDF that I don't know about?
