Mr. Johnson, your name was one that I searched desperately for in the PDF2K1East program. I've heard that you are a Capture Guru of sorts.
I asked this (thread topic) question during the round-table at the conf. and received some general responses. I had hoped that the conference would cover more on the digital archiving imaging solution side of PDFs; as it is fast becoming the way of addressing knowledge management issues for gov't as well as industry.
With the help and guidance of a colleague, managing a similar project with capture as the foundation of his process, I have built a successful imaging solution. However, as with most of Adobe's products, I'm certain that within Capture, there are HIDDEN tricks, bells & whistles that can change the dynamics and efficiency of a project. I would LOVE some type of guidance doc, training...sticky note...whatever...that can show me what I don't know....
Hopefully, with some strong suggesting...November's conference will address some of my issues. I took a lot from this weeks experience...
Thank you for the guidance...
