I have a large PDF file which contains several bookmarks. Each bookmark represents a client file. I wish to print the entire PDF document to a printer that has 2 trays. The upper tray has my company letterhead in it and the lower tray holds plain paper. I want to send the PDF file to the printer in such a way that the first page of each book marked section will print from the upper tray and the subsequent pages print from the lower tray. Each client file contains varying numbers of pages. Is there any way in which this can be achieved? I am open to all suggestions. However splitting the file would not be a viable option.
