I acutally replied to a posting similar to this.
I would look at ActivePDF.com. Software has a
little way to go to be bug free, but it really
helps to flatten file sizes. It doesn't necessarily
compress, but "Flattens" the PDF. As long as you
are not gathering info or need the fields in the PDF,
it works great. It should be under the ToolKit software.
It reduced a 365KB file to 60KB. The main thing is
to be sure you are byteserving your PDF if there
are a lot of pages.
