The answer is simple - you don't!
First, the Acrobat OCX isn't a documented or supported
component. Second, for printing to PDF from VB (assuming a client
application, and not server!), you should look into using either
PDFWriter or Distiller automation as documented in the Acrobat SDK
(you do have that, right??). And third, because PDF is the PORTABLE
Document Format, there are NO provisions for different sources on
different pages.
