Apogee Create does all of this............
You can configure the Apogee Create 'server to accept files via either a 'hot folder' OR an 'appletalk channel'. This then broadcasts itself as a laserwriter device ready for printing into.
For PC - an NT pipe can be configured so that Create accepts postscript via a printer as a 'hot folder'.
