We have a standard emergency procedures quiz that I have turned into a PDF. Next I created form fields for people to type in their answers. I can save the PDF with the form fields in Acrobat and then email it to someone to fill in, but if they only have Reader (which is most of the clients), I can't find a way for them to save the form with their answers so they can email it back. The "Save A Copy" only saves a copy of the empty form. Any ideas?
