Does anyone know why or how one can create a button in a PDF that will allow you to send a PDF to someone who will fill out this form and then wishing to send it back to you.

The person who will be filling out the form will do so with acrobat reader.

I have created the form in acrobat 5 and first used "perform menu option - file/send mail..." This works perfect for me but for the recipient the button does nothing.

I have then tried to use this javascript: "this.mailDoc(true)" which again works for me but the recipient gets a javascript error stating that the line, this.mailDoc, is not allowed in readers macs and unix???

Much help needed.
