Siding with Microsoft Corporation that a U.S. District Court judge
had engaged in "serious judicial misconduct" in derogatory comments
he made about the company, a federal appeals court in Washington,
D.C. unanimously vacated the ruling to split the company in two. As
are many court documents these days, this 125-page decision is
available in PDF.
