What version of Acrobat (Reader) do these people have?
(And what version are you choosing to create)?

"Can't open" and "Can't print" are common reports, but frankly useless. You need to find out what happens. The causes range from users who don't understand how to use Acrobat, and users using old versions, to e-mail incompatibilities, and crashes or incorrect results caused by system drivers. Very occasionally there's an Acrobat bug thrown in too, but probably in less than 5% of cases.

So, find out detail, and especially the exact text of error messages.
