If you do not intend to use any Acrobat plug-in you
could follow this procedure (you will need
Photoshop):
First of all, you must be sure that the images
inside the pdf file are of good quality - otherwise, I
believe that the final jpg will be of poor quality
whatever process you use.
1. Try to open/import the PDF direct from
Photoshop
2. Choose a 300 dpi resolution.
3. If you have the latest PShop version I believe it
will parse the pdf file
2. Save as JPG
