Is there a way to take a PDF document and somehow import or open it in Word 98 for Mac so that once in Word, text can be added? Is there either an export filter/plug-in for Acrobat (4.05a) or is there a filter or plug-in for Word to import/open the PDF.

The PDF is a layout of a form (application) with blank lines that need to be filled in. I probably do it in Acrobat, but the person at my office is asking if we can use Word.
