What about opening the PDF in Photoshop? That
should work for the entire page/file. If its a page
element or graphic, what about using the TouchUp
tool and then saving the image as its own file?
In either case, the results will depend on the
quality of PDF, ie. screen, print, press or other
Distiller setting when the PDF was made.
