If you are using Acrobat 5.0, type "app.newDoc({ nWidth: 800, nHeight: 600
})" in the Javascript console and hit the Enter button on your numeric
keypad. This will create a new blank doc, 800 points wide by 600 tall.
(Substitute your preferred dimensions.)
