In our CD developments (always an hibrid MAC/PC
CD) we used to include an executable version of
Reader 4.05 (one for each mac/pc section of the
CD).

For this we used to copy the executable version
that came with the Acrobat 4.05 CD.

How can I do this for Reader 5.0?

Does anyone know how to prepare this executable
Reader on CD?
