Hi people,

I'm using Acrobat 5 and I'm trying to take a form I did in HTML and put it in PDF for the sole reason of making the lines in the form line up in a straight line in every resolution--something which is apparently very hard to do in HTML.

It looks okay to me now but it's possible it might turn out different when printed out. I'd like to make sure those lines are always lined up straight. How would I do this using Acrobat?

Also, when I drag and drop this page into Acrobat, it turns it into 2 pages when it's only 1 on a web browser. How do I get this back to 1 page in Acrobat?
