OK, gang. Got the 3.0.3 CD today. Here is an extract from the release notes. Hopefully this will obviate the need for others to ask for this update if they don't really need it. (And thereby make Adobe's life a wee bit easier.)

Only the Export Agent (Export.exe) and Installer were modified in version 3.0.3; the main application (and its splash screen) and other agents are the same as version 3.0.2.
Fixed problem with background image in color documents having text on top of a background image.
Fixed incorrect dates on True Type fonts allowing an older version of a font to be installed over a newer version.

Fixed problem with recognition of accented characters.
Allow words with accented characters to be added to user dictionaries. When text block lies on top of background image in input file, show both text and image in output PDF (background image was sometimes omitted in previous versions).
