Hi. We have a project coming up that involves taking 10's of thousands of documents, made up of over a million TIFF images, and converting them to SEARCHABLE PDF documents. We're looking for something that can do this automatically, eg, we programmatically give it tiff files and it gives back the searchable PDF.
Due to the volume, speed is a concern, as is ease of implementation.

Any one have any suggestions?
