I have PDF files which have words inthem that I want to have link to specific pages in other PDFs. Also, these word to link may be in the same document that I want to link to. EG: the word "Hydrogen" in three PDFs should link to the Topic "Hydrogen" on page 202 of one of the docuemtns. The word "Hydrogen" appears in all three documents several times.

I am looking for a tool that would allow me to identify the link targets and files to use. Running the tool would create links automatically from the word hydrogen to the target page.

That's the idea. Exactly how it is one is not important. So does anyone know of a tool like this?
