We have an Active-X software to do it. It can be called from an ASP page or from an application.
This Active-X software uses Acrobat API and there is a limitation in *their copyright* that says it can *NOT* be used in a Server Machine. If you can do that conversion in a workstation, then maybe you can be
interested in our tool.
Our tool exists for JPEG and PNG output formats and allows convert one by one or a massive group of PDF's selecting pages and thumbnails sizes.
