Topic: how to delete some text or image

I have some pdf files with something like checkboxes on the files. but they are not check box in pdf form. what I want to do is put a checkbox exactly over the box, I tried several times, but could not put the checkbox exacltly over the box. I tried to use the show form grid function, but it did not help. I am wondering if there is a way to delete the box on the pdf file then I can put the checkbox on anywhere I want.
