Topic: PDF's Cut-off the bottom

We have an Excel macro that generates a PS file which is then distilled to a PDF. The program works perfectly at one location, however, in a different location (different network) the bottom of the PDF is "cut-off". I had them send me the PS file and when I distill it, it is cut off here too. So it appears to happen during the generation of the PS file.

They are using the same OS (WinNT 4.0) and the same Excel version (Office 2000). This also happens on 2 different PC's at this location (there are only 2). They are using the EXACT same Excel spreadsheet/macro's as we are!

Anyone have any idea why the PS file's they are generating would be different from those we generate? Do the local print drivers have anything to do with generation of the PS file?

I'm stumped!
