Dear all,

Does anybody know of a tool to convert annotations created with Acrobat 3.x to Acrobat 4/5?.  As you know, annotations created with 3.x can not be viewed with Acrobat 4/5, and we have thousands that we need to convert.  Any tips will be greatly appreciated.
