1) I would make sure first that the .PPD files are the same between machines.

2) We've noticed odd things with Excel as well (like sending the spreadsheet to the PS printer as an entire graphic) but haven't pinned them down to anything yet.

3) Last thing to try is to make sure that the print settings (e.g. document defaults, printer defaults) are the same between machines (which you probably already did, but I gotta mention it)
