Hi Paul,

Thank you for your assitance with this problem. I think I will re-install
Acrobat 4 and update to Acrobat 5. I agree with you about a problem with
plug-in file. It seems after some digging around that the browser is looking
for the file is a certain folder on my computer and it can't find it. Well,
no need to pull my hair out, I will reinstall.
