Did you open the generated PDF file in Acrobat.
How does it look like? Is it ok (image quality / fonts
/ etc...)

If everything is ok, and you have Photoshop 5.5 or
higher (I recommend) try to import the PDF at
300dpi and then generate a .EPS. Place the .EPS
in Quark.

BTW, if you have everything set in PM6.5 why are
you trying to move it to Quark?
