I can duplicate the problem...

So tell us more about how this system is set up.
Are the PDF's static or dynamically created? Are you sending back
a PDF or an FDF? Is the FDF designed to do client-side data merging? Are
you serving the PDF's from memory or from disk?
We need a LOT more information about your systme to be able to help...
