Hi!
I have news for you. I can help. I have been successfull in implementing what you are trying to do, for one of my clients.
Your problem arises out of the way FDF Files work. FDF Files function independentaly. They are text files with a very specific format. And their contents can be viewed only if attached to a PDF file. The problem is that the user using the browser fills the form locally on his machine. And the form is never posted back to the server.
My clients' requirements were also similar. They have a PDF Form which their customers would view, and if required, make changes.
I solved the problem by flatenning the form and the pdf into one single pdf file and then mailing the pdf to the appropriate email account.
Hope this helps you out.
Best of luck.
