Hi,
Not a very fool proof mechanism. But you could definitely remove the Browser's Print and Save mechanism. Open the PDF file in a new window, maximized and without titlebar, menubar, toolbar and statusbar. And disable the right click button.
This will atleast ensure that the pdf file will not be printed or saved using the browser. But you have 2 other problems to think of.
First. You must have placed a link somewhere clicking which the user views the PDF file. A person can right-click on it and using "Save Target As...", download the PDF file on to his local machine.
Secondly. Acrobat Reader comes with its own menu, in which Print button is there.
One sure-fire method which definitely solves all your problems would be to generate an image from the pdf file and show it on the maximized window I mentioned above.
Hope this helps solve your problem.
Bye. And all the best.
