Topic: Read Only attribute lost when using AddTemplate

I'm not sure why this is doing this but after discussing this problem with a coworker I recreated the form, even copying the fields to the new form, and the read only attribute now stays on like it should when using the AddTemplate.

I am still looking for someone who knows how to override the common properties. Please see my orginal post if you are not sure what I am looking for.
