First of all, Thanks Much for the information Anandi.
I tried setting the Security on Document also.It did Work(means i can restrict the floating behaviour of free text, lines etc) But it has made form fild Disabled for online Date Entry. i set tthe below stated security options :-
I CHECKED 3 Options in "Acrobat standard security setting" under Document Security TAB..
1> NO CHANGING document..
2> N0 CONTENT COPINYING OR EXTRACTION....
3> NO ADDING OR CHANGING COMMENTS..AND FORM FIELDS..
I know that checking the 3rd option itself states that form field data entry is "NOT ALLOWED" .But if i "UNCHECK" the 3rd Option I get "Floating/editable" behaviour on the forms back.
Just wondering, how can i make online Date entry forms that are NON EDITABLE on browser (from users prospective) and capable of data entry in form fields also.If there is Any work around, that would also be helpful.(Acrobat 5.0 and windows 2000 platform)
Any help is highly appreciated.
Thanks,
Ginny
