Submitting to an e-mail address is extremely unreliable, and depends
a lot on the individual's machine's configuration ... in other words,
way beyond your reach.
The suggested way is to submit to a server script. This server script
can, of course, do anything a server script, can. This means it can
send the data to an e-mail address.
So, it is strongly suggested that you rethink your workflow.
Hope, this can help.
