You might look around a bit further, for example by joining the BFMA
(Business Forms Management Association) mailing list
(http://www.bfma.org). There you would get input from forms
professionals.
One thing to note is that PDF is a base technology, and Acrobat is
one tool to work with that format. Acrobat is NOT a forms management
system, and Acrobat is not a forms design tool.
