I just found it. I am running WinNT4, and the file was
stuck in my WINNT\Profiles\Me\Personal\Adobe\
Acrobat\JavaScripts folder. I did a file search before, but
I ignored that result, because at first glance it just looked
like a shortcut in my Recent folder.
