Yes, I do so. starting with 4.x and now using 5.0 Premium. Easy to use, quick success for both
HTML and PDF (more than 3200 Acrobat licences and they all like the OmniForm-Forms; but they don`t know it, how they are created ;-))).
I was looking a long time for a easy to use but profesional form-creating tool. I compared Prices and functions with other tools > than 5000$ and I take 5.0 Premium. So I can tell you --- try it.
