Topic: Identification of Image mode in multi-page pdf

Hi everybody,

I would like to know if there is any way to identify the image mode of the individual pages in a multi-page pdf file. To elaborate further, a multi-page pdf file could consist of 5 pages of which 3 would be in bitmap mode and 1 each in grayscale and color. How would one know the mode of the individual pages without opening the pdf file and browsing page by page?

Could someone please help me if they have any information on the above.
