Lots of things seem to be improving at Adobe, but IMHO the Support KB is not one of them...
E.g I receive a cheerful Acrobat support mailing from Adobe referring to a potentially interesting Capture techdoc, and inviting me to link to the KB.
On arriving, I find that I have to faff around to get to the point where I can enter in a search string (I have know idea why Adobe can't just put an http ref within the original email like Microsoft manage to). Only half of the Adobe product line seems to be available from the combo box, the rest have been shoved elsewhere (a new development).
You might imagine that putting in the tech doc ref quoted - 13326479 - would be specific enough to bring up the relevant doc. In fact it brings up 200.
Correct me if I am doing something wrong, but as a user of a variety of much more user-friendly KBs, I get the distinct feeling that an old-style Adobe problem is going on here - someone goofed with their choice of KB software, and they prefer to let users suffer rather than admit it!
