WIN NT4, FrameMaker6, Word 2000, Acrobat 5

I am looking for a written procedure on how to convert a Word file to a .ps then to a .pdf. Does anyone have such a thing or know where to locate one. Google and archive searches have not helped.

More exact needs are as follows:
Document length between 35-650 pages. Usually a single Word file.
Screen shot graphics and some reports.
Basic fonts.
No color.
I am just looking for a simple procedure, I am not looking to teach anyone
how to tweak their settings in Acrobat or Distiller, just how to use the default settings and convert from doc > ps > pdf. I can send you what I have thus far if that would help.
