what is the appropriate Adobe product/license that my developers should be using to perform the .doc to .pdf conversion on a server? (they are trying developing a portion of a web application for the HR department whereby resumes submitted in Word are coverted to .PDF files.

if I have to purchase another product for them to do this on a server, I will (was not aware the Acrobat license didn't allow for this.)
