I'm trying to create a 75-page document (it's usually 8 pages) with graphics and I'm trying to keep the file size way down so it can be downloaded. Currently there are all types of graphics in it (jpeg and gif mostly) and I'd like to ask for eps files to help with compression. However, people tend to "create outlines" with the type, which looks bitmapped in a pdf. Is there a way around having to do this? I guess it's because I may not have all the fonts? Or the whole Mac/PC conversion thing? Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks!
