I am looking for some help using Visual Basic components/tools to insert text into existing PDF files.
We develop Windows Software applications that print off company specific forms (such as applications, license info, etc..). The forms are predefined in PDF files. Users enter data to be placed on applications through a Visual Basic interface. Then through the interface the user can print the forms which inserts the data they have entered into the existing PDF files.
We currently use the PDFLIb+PDI product on our Web Server to do this functionality, but wanted to see if other products existed and determine their features and pricing to evaluate the best decision. Product is distributed to thousands of users.
