I need to find a way to add bookmarks programmaticly to a PDF, as the title suggests. I've looked at CAcroPDBookmark but it only seems to have a way to get a bookmark and then delete it. If anyone could show me some code, point me in the right direction, or clue me in on where I could find some data on adding bookmarks I'd be very appreciative.
