Topic: automated comparision of two .pdf documents

My colleague have asked me to investigate into the possibility of automating the process of comparing two .pdf documents.

Currently, we have to do it by hand, and highlighting the differences and pass it over to the debugging team to correct the templates via StreamServe.

Do anyone know if its possible to compare any documents automatically? Any comments would be helpful, thanks.
