Sadly, I don't think the Acrobat SDK is much use in this case. The core reason is that the "on demand" words lead me to suppose a server setup. Acrobat cannot be used on a server at all. The only part of the SDK that is licensed for server use, because it does not use Acrobat, is the FDF toolkit.
